We figure that the first
month was used to get her strength back as well as settle into motherhood but TY Bello has revealed that she is now back to a slow workout, recommended by her doctors, to help get her body back.
She shared a mirror self and captioned, “I’ve had me a super magical month plus Dr just cleared me to start a slow workout… Time to wake my muscles up… Small small .makkoy_fitness … lets do this!many thanks to every one for too much love:) ..God bless”
