Especially when elections are getting closer,we see all sorts of things being distributed like groundnut oil,rice,garri,sugar,bread etc..Lagos Gubernatorial candidate Akinwunmi Ambode seems to be pioneering something different. Though its NOT FREE, you buy it as a normal recharge card. What do u guys think about this?
