Omoni Oboli Revealed As The Face Of Fashion Label

Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli is currently riding high on the success of her movie Being Mrs. Elliot and now the actress has been unveiled as the face of Afro-European fusion brand Ayo Van Elmar.

Speaking on why she chose Omoni, creative director Ayo Elizabeth Olaogun said,

I had seen Omoni Oboli in the movie Figurine on the advice of a friend and honestly I wasn’t disappointed at all. I gave the DVD to a friend and it is probably still traveling from one to the next in Vienna, never to come back. When on another trip to Lagos in 2012, I recognized Omoni Oboli after a Sunday service at the Muson Center. I walked up to her and told her how fabulous she was in Figurine. Instinctively I knew within me that she was ro become the face of Ayo van Elmar. I couldn’t tell when, but I knew it would come to pass.
